As your day gets closer, I’ll be in touch to finalise all the details- like your group photo list, timeline tweaks, and any last-minute questions. We’ll have a final Zoom catch-up to go over everything, and your final invoice will be due at this point.
Then it’s go time!

Around 9 months before the big day, we’ll schedule your pre-wedding shoot. It’s the perfect way to shake off any camera nerves and just enjoy some time together before the big “I do.” We’ll choose a meaningful or just plain gorgeous location, and create some magic together. Expect lots of laughs, cuddles, and a chance to get comfy in front of the lens.

Once you're ready to go ahead, I’ll send over your contract, invoice, and a wee questionnaire to get to know more about you and your soulmate. Everything’s done online and super easy (and eco-friendly!). Once your £400 deposit is paid, you're officially booked!
From here on out, I’m your behind-the-scenes bridesmaid - checking in, helping with timelines, and being your go-to wedding cheerleader.

It depends on your timeline and how jam-packed the day is, but usually between 500–1000 images. All lovingly edited in my signature style, capturing the real moments you’ll want to remember forever.

How many photos will we get?

A million times YES. Love is love, full stop.
No matter how you identify or what your relationship looks like—if you’re madly in love and excited to celebrate that, I’m 100% here for it and would be honoured to be part of your day.

Do you photograph same-sex couples?

Think of this as a little warm-up for the big day! It’s the perfect chance for us to hang out, for me to learn your love languages, and for you to feel comfy in front of the camera. Most of my couples haven’t had professional photos taken before—and trust me, your wedding day isn’t the time to figure it all out!
We’ll keep it relaxed, fun, and you’ll walk away with some gorgeous photos to keep, too.

What is a pre-wedding session?

Ready to book? POP THE CHAMPAGNE- you’ve just ticked ‘find our photographer’ off the list!
Once you tell me you’re ready (cue my happy dance), I’ll send over a wee booking form, your contract, and payment info for your £400 deposit. Once those three bits are done, you’re officially part of the SCP family—woohoo!

How do we book you?

I’m based in lovely Peterhead, Aberdeenshire, but I photograph weddings all across Scotland. All my packages include travel within Aberdeenshire, but if you’re tying the knot outside the AB postcode, there may be a little extra for travel—just pop me the details and we’ll chat it through.

Where are you based?

Absolutely—and you totally should! Your online gallery makes it super easy to order professional-quality prints, or you can visit my studio where we can design custom wall art or albums together. Your photos are made to be seen and loved, not hidden away on a hard drive!

Can we print our photos?

You’ll get a sneak peek gallery just a few days after your wedding (because I know how hard it is to wait!). Full galleries are delivered around 6–8 weeks later, although in peak wedding season, it might be closer to 10–12 weeks.
I keep you in the loop through, so you always know where your gallery is in the queue.

When will we receive our photos?

Travel within Aberdeenshire is always included in your package. If your wedding is further afield or needs an overnight stay, we’ll chat through any extra travel costs together—easy peasy.

Do you charge travel fees?

Cringe-worthy posing? Nope, not here. I use prompts that help you move, laugh, and be your natural selves. Whether you’re super silly and energetic or more quiet and cuddly, I’ll meet you where you are and capture you as you.
No awkwardness, just real connection.

Will you pose us?

Do fish swim? OF COURSE I am! Dogs are family, and they’re more than welcome in both pre-wedding and wedding photos. I’ll be right there with open arms, treats in hand, and ready for all the head pats and nose boops. Gimme all the dogs.
