A: Ready to book with me? POP THE CHAMPAGNE, YOU'VE TICKED PHOTOGRAPHER OFF YOUR WEDDING TODO LIST.
Let me know you are ready to book, and after I'm finished doing a little happy dance, I'll send you through a booking form to go over which will grab all your details, prompt you to sign a contract and where you will be able to pay a £300 deposit. Once all three things are done, I can officially say "welcome to the SCP family!"
Q: What do we need to do to book?
A: The main objective of your pre wedding session is for us to get to know one another. It acts as a way for me to get to know you both as a couple, observe your love languages, and see how you interact naturally with one another ahead of the big day.
It also lets you see how I work behind my camera which will ultimately put you at ease on the big day.
I find a lot of my couples have never had their photographs taken professionally, and that in itself is nerve wracking. The first time you have them done shouldn’t be on your wedding day.
Plus you get some epic photographs to keep!
Q:WHAT IS A PRE-WEDDING SESSION?
A: After the main event, once all your images are backed up, I'll go through them and send you a selection of sneak peaks from throughout the day. Then the work begins editing the rest of your images. I have a turnaround time of around 6-8 weeks for galleries but during wedding season this can increase to 10-12 depending on my workload. I keep you up to date on my editing queue within the client lounge so you know when to expect your gallery. Once your gallery is ready, I'll send you a link to an online gallery where you can view them for the first time, and share with friends and family. If you have opted to go for the Lorelai package, you will receive a USB in the post of your images following your image selection for your print box.
Q: When and how will we receive our photos?
A: Cringey and awkward poses are a thing of the past! I love to work with you and match my photography to your personalities and unique relationship.
I mainly work with prompts that help create movement and emotion which is unforced and true to you.
If you're a rather extroverted and posey couple, we will make sure we'll get all these fancy shots you desire. If you're rather introverted and intimate, we will slow down and make time and space for you to embrace each other's company and capture all those sweet moments.

We really appreciated how you kept in contact throughout our planning making sure everything was in hand. Your support, offers of help and general hyping up didn't go unnoticed. We also loved how organised you were and found your website/emails/booking system to be very easy to use.
Now onto the day, you were amazing! Totally non-stop making sure you captured all of our special moments. It was so chilled and we had a great time - no stuffy posing or boring snaps. At this stage, I'll send you a wedding photography contract, invoice and a little questionnaire about you and your soulmate to get to know you a little more. It's all online and super easy to use - saving the trees, one contract at a time. As soon as you've signed up and paid the deposit of £300, we'll be 100% confirmed - WOOHOO!

If you had added on a pre-wedding shoot, or it is included in your package, I'll be in touch to discuss getting a date in the diary. Pre-wedding shoots are great practice to get you comfortable in front of the camera - and with me - before the big day. Together, we can plan a location and style for your shoot. It might be somewhere special to you asa couple, or somewhere scenic in your area. We'll make a plan that works for you and get shooting!

The prewedding shoot
At this stage, I'll send you an email confirming all the details for the day. I'll get you to provide a short list of groups shots and then invite you to a pre-wedding zoom consultation where we can chat all things wedding and really pin down the details of the day. Your final invoice is also due at this point.

Six weeks to go!
Your wedding day doesn't end for me as soon as I get home. I'm busy behind the scenes hand editing every image to ensure you have the best photographs to remember your special day. When your gallery is complete, I'll send you through a link to your online gallery to view. TOP TIP: make a date night of it! pop a bottle of wine, light a candle and relive the BEST DAY EVER!

Youve got mail
Your photographs are made to be printed. Please do not keep them on your online gallery or hard-drive, never to be seen again. Print them, enjoy them and show them off.
