Sitter sessions are designed to freeze this fleeting stage - when your baby is sitting up, full of wonder, and not quite on the move (yet). We’ll keep things simple, natural, and full of fun in my cosy Peterhead studio, with neutral outfits and wooden toys that bring out those gorgeous gummy grins.
It’s all about celebrating your little one just as they are - wobbly, wonderful, and completely themselves.
Sitter sessions are all about capturing that wonderfully wobbly, joy-filled stage when your baby is sitting up confidently, full of curiosity, and just starting to show their personality. Held in my cosy Peterhead studio, each session is relaxed, baby-led, and completely unhurried — we go at their pace, with plenty of time for cuddles, breaks, and a bit of play. I use a timeless white backdrop to keep the focus on your little one, and provide a selection of neutral, gender-friendly outfits if you’d like to use them. You’re also welcome to bring along your own favourites! To spark a few smiles and help your baby feel at ease, I’ve got a collection of beautiful wooden toys — natural, simple, and guaranteed to capture their attention. While the spotlight stays on baby, siblings are more than welcome to jump in for a photo or two. Most importantly, you can expect images that are full of personality — from gummy grins to chubby toes, and everything in between.
Whether it’s gummy grins, chubby thigh rolls, or the way they light up when you walk into the room, my goal is simple: to create timeless, joy-filled images that feel like home every time you look at them.
